Hey. I'm Si and I'll be your teacher for our online classes. I'm an externally accredited meditation teacher through the British School of Meditation and have used meditation for over 15 years to improve all areas of my life.

I am new to meditation. Are these classes suitable for beginners?

Regarding your privacy, you are welcome to keep your camera off during our live online meditation sessions if you prefer.
