First Guided Meditation: A Grounding in the Senses practice, designed to anchor your awareness firmly in the present moment through sound and physical sensation. 3. The 'Why' of Cognitive Rigidity: A brief, clear explanation of how our brains create habitual, often unconscious, thought patterns and how mindfulness helps us step outside of them. 4. Main Guided Meditation: A Mindfulness of Thought Patterns practice, where you will learn to observe your thoughts as temporary events in the mind, without getting caught up in them. 5. Integration & Closing: We’ll conclude with key takeaways on how to apply this insightful, problem-solving mindset to your most pressing professional and personal challenges.
