  • 10–20 minutes of daily meditation practice.
     

  • 45 minutes for a weekly 1-to-1 review and protocol installation. These sessions are scheduled during executive-friendly windows (6 AM – 8 AM or 6 PM – 10 PM GMT) to ensure they do not interfere with your primary trading or operating hours.
