We begin with a ten-minute practice focusing on the Mindfulness of Breath in the Body, feeling its subtle movements to start tuning in. After a brief look at the science of why this awareness is so powerful, we move into the main twenty-minute guided Body Scan Meditation.

You will be led on a systematic journey, moving your attention from your toes to the crown of your head, simply noticing sensations and allowing tension to dissolve as it's met with your awareness.
