We begin with a ten-minute Focused Attention practice. This initial meditation grounds you in the present and stabilises your mind, creating a calm, clear foundation.

 

From there, we'll briefly explore the science of creativity before moving into the main twenty-minute Open Awareness meditation. In this practice, you'll be guided to let go of a single focal point and instead rest in a state of open, spacious awareness, simply noticing whatever arises, thoughts, sounds, or sensation, without judgment.
