Designed for the ambitious, creative, and fast-paced nature of IPA member agencies , this 7-day guided meditation programme reframes meditation as an essential professional skill. We move beyond simple relaxation to offer a rigorous, evidence-based toolkit for enhancing cognitive performance, managing pressure, and unlocking creativity. In just seven short, accessible daily sessions, you will gain the foundational skills to: 1. Sharpen Cognitive Performance: Learn to tame distraction and improve your focus using Focused Attention (FA) techniques, supporting clearer decision-making under pressure. 2. Build Resilience: Understand how to consciously activate your body's "Relaxation Response". This provides a practical tool for managing the stress and high demands of client work, helping to counter burnout. 3. Boost Creative & Innovative Thinking: Practise Open Monitoring (OM) meditation, a specific technique scientifically shown to enhance the divergent thinking required for creative problem-solving. 4. Develop Core Leadership Skills: Be introduced to Loving-Kindness Meditation as a trainable skill to cultivate empathy, improve social connection, and build the foundations of effective client relationships and teamwork. You will also gain a foundational understanding of neuroplasticity, how this trainable mindfulness skill physically changes the brain over time to build lasting resilience. This is a practical introduction to meditation for IPA Members.
