1. I’m incredibly busy. Is this really worth 30 minutes of my day?

 

Yes. Think of this as preventative maintenance for your most critical leadership tool: your mind. You likely spend hours each week in meetings that could have been emails. Investing 30 minutes to reset your nervous system and sharpen your focus will actually give you time back by making the rest of your day more efficient, decisive, and clear.

2. Do I need to be on camera or talk to anyone?

 

Absolutely not. This is a low-friction, Google Meets session.  You can leave your camera & audio off. You don't need to dress the part, sit in a specific posture, or interact with other attendees. Close your office door, put your headphones in, and simply follow the guided audio.

3. I’ve tried meditation before and I can’t "clear my mind." Will this work for me?

 

This is the most common myth among high-performers. The goal of Executive Edge is not to empty your mind, that is biologically impossible for a busy leader. The goal is to train your attention so you can notice when your mind wanders and intentionally bring it back to the task at hand. If you have an overactive brain, these workouts are designed exactly for you.

4. Is this a spiritual or religious practice?

 

No. The Executive Edge is 100% secular and grounded in behavioral science. We strip away the jargon and focus strictly on evidence-based meditation techniques to improve your workplace resilience and emotional regulation.

5. What's the catch? Why are you offering this for free?

 

Total transparency: I am a meditation teacher specialising in corporate performance. The best way for me to demonstrate the ROI of what I do is to let you experience it yourself. My hope is that you find this weekly session so valuable that you eventually decide to hire me for 1:1 coaching or to train your wider leadership team. But there will never be a hard sell or pressure in these weekly classes.
