You're in.
Your seat for Thurs 24th September, 12.30pm UK is saved.

One thing before you go. Add it to your calendar now. It's the difference between meaning to show up and actually being there.

What happens now

Three quick things so you know what to expect.

  1. Check your inbox. Your confirmation and joining link are on their way from me. I send these personally so it might arrive towards the end of the day or in the morning (If it's not there tomorrow, check promotions or spam, and drag it to your main inbox so the reminders land.)

  2. Reminders are coming. You'll get a nudge the day before and an hour before, and a text too, if you ticked that box.

  3. The link works on the day. Same link every time. No app to download. We use Google Meets but you don't need a Google account to join.

How to get the most out of our hour

You've booked the time, here's how to make it count:

  • Block it properly. Treat it like a meeting that matters. We start and finish on time.

  • Come with an open mind. This is built for people who assume meditation isn't for them. You don't have to be convinced up front, just willing to try one thing and see.

  • Nothing to prepare. You don't need to bring a problem or work anything out. Come as you are, we'll practise a simple technique you can use on whatever's on your mind, in the moment.

A 30-second gut check

While you're here, three quick questions. No score, no form, just notice your answers:

  1. Do you wake in the night with work running through your mind?

  2. Do you replay decisions you've already made, long after they're made?

  3. At the end of the day, can you genuinely switch off, or does work follow you home?

If you're nodding, you're exactly who this session is for. That pattern has a name, a mechanism, and (this is the part most people miss) it's trainable. That's what we'll get into.

Why this isn't another meditation thing

Quick reminder of what you've signed up for, because it's not what most people expect:

87% of professionals think meditation is about relaxation. It isn't, and that misunderstanding is exactly why so many high performers reach for a holiday or an app and stay stuck in the loop.

This is training, grounded in neuroscience and in our own study of 300 UK professionals. No apps. No incense. No wellness theatre.

No surprises

Because I know how these things usually go: this is a teaching session first.

You'll leave with something you can use that same night, whether or not you ever work with me.

Near the end I'll show you how to go further if you want to, and I'll tell you exactly when that part's coming, so there's nothing hidden. That's the deal.

Know someone stuck in the same loop?

If a founder or colleague comes to mind, you know, the one who's always "fine" but never switches off, forward them the link.

An Important Note on Your Wellbeing

Meditation can be a powerful tool for building resilience and managing stress, and it is a complementary therapy. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice. If you are experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, or any other health concern, you should always consult your doctor or a qualified healthcare provider.
