Today we're launching our new online meditation journal, available to all registered klarosity users. The online journal is available to everyone, simply register with the site to be able to access the service and start your meditation journalling.

Journal Features

Our online journal is a great way to keep track of your meditation journey, allowing you to make convenient journal entries that help you track your progress over time.
The act of journalling is a great way to reflect on your meditation experience, and to keep track of the improvements you've made throughout your journey.
Our journal has a fast and simple way to log your reflection allowing you to record:
How you're feeling before a meditation
Your heart rate before your meditation (optional for those without smart watches)
The type of meditation practice
A space for short reflection
The length of the meditation
How you felt after the meditation
Your heart rate after the meditation (optional)
There is also space to add a weekly or monthly reflection so that you can think about your overall progress with your meditation practice, and you can view your journal entries by date.
We are also developing a dashboard so that you can get an instant view of progress in overall improvements in how you feel and impact on your heart rate. You will be able to download your journal and also share it with a klarosity teacher for analysis and advice about your meditation practice.
We recommend that everyone keeps a meditation journal so that you can reflect on your journey. You may wish to do this offline, but if not, our Online Meditation Journal could be a great place to start.
