Available now, our free meditation timer is available for everyone to use on their desktop or mobile.

This is a very simple tool, designed for minimum distraction, and a great way to makesure that you get to practice your meditation for a specifica length of time.


Simply select the time you'd like to meditate for (5, 10, 20, 30, 45 or 60 minutes) and click start. After about 10 seconds you'll hear a soft chime that will signify the start of your meditation, and at the end of your seleced time, another soft chime will signify the end.


There are also buttons for pausing, stopping and resetting the timer. Now, we appreciate that most people use their phone fpr this kind of thing, but here's another option for you if you'd like to enter a 'different' space before you start your meditation.
